This shop is tiny but good things come in small bundles. Everything I've tried over several visits has been outstanding in taste and value. Bread, buns, hot cross buns (oh the hot cross buns), scones and everything else (including the coffee) is wonderful. Do yourself a favour, have a visit. I promise you won't be disappointed.

On the recommendation of others, we purchased a couple of Cornish pasties and some home baked cakes. Delicious! Definitely worthy of a stop off on the way to the coast for a day walking. Best pastie short crust pastry I’ve tasted for a long time 😀

A small shop with a huge range of bakery products. The corn bread loaves ( and the rolls at a weekend) are delicious. The other bread they stock looks equally good. The scones ( fresh baked every day) are excellent - among the best to be had anywhere. The cakes are good and the range of lunchtime rolls and snacks superb.

Colin and the gang supplied a 5 star buffet for a funeral , everything was 1st class from the first contact at the shop, delivered and presented everything perfect and on time. Thanks again ... Superb. Russ & Jeff and all the family

A great bakery in Amble. Lovely fresh bread and friendly staff. They prefer cash as they explain how much card sales cost.
Wonderful friendly happy staff, absolutely gorgeous food...that nostalgic feeling of home cooked country kitchen tasty delights. Highly recommend stopping by here...well worth a visit.
